TSA Planning Director Tom Stokes has a wealth of experience in the NI, RoI and UK planning market. Having previously worked for Multi-national Companies such as GVA Grimley and DPP, Tom took the decision to establish TSA Planning in 2007.

At the heart of Belfast City Centre, Tom and his team offer services to clients across all of NI, as well as having previous experience in advising clients in relation to both RoI and UK assets.

Director Tom Stokes leads a professional and dedicated team who are genuinely passionate about what they do and strive to deliver a first class service and successful planning outcomes for their clients. Each member of the team believes in the personal, professional ethos instilled by the Planning Director and take the necessary time to understand the specific nuances of each client’s requirements, guiding them through the steps and challenges which may be faced during the planning process.

TSA have strong relationships with other service providers across the industry, including landscape architects, roads engineers, traffic consultants and environmental consultants as well as working closely with local property agents and planning solicitors which leave them well placed to carry out a project management role in addition to the specific planning consultancy advice offered.
