Linen Leisure instructed TSA to bring forward an application for an alfresco eating area and beer garden on a vacant site adjacent to the existing 21 Social bar and nightclub. Given the sensitive location of the proposal within Cathedral Quarter Conservation Area, a series of meetings were held with DSD, the conservation officer, and the planning officers. Planning permission secured.
