Proposed new ASDA superstore, Crescent Link Retail Park, Derry

Retained by ASDA in NI, TSA were instructed to bring forward a proposal for a new major 80,000 sq ft. ASDA superstore. At that time, there were five major competing retail schemes within Derry City. In December 2012, a ministerial announcement confirmed that this proposal was the only one to be granted planning approval.
