Belt Road, L’Derry
TSA were instructed by Braidwater to assist in the latter stages of a historic outline planning application for a major housing zoning at Belt Road, L’Derry. TSA assisted the existing design team and liaised closely with Transport NI to secure an outline approval for 222 dwellings. TSA are currently working up a detailed application for 222 units which will deliver a private housing scheme of detached and semi-detached family homes. This RM process has involved close liaison with council planners and TNI and a 12 week community consultation period. Submission expected mid 2016.
