Proposed 50 bed nursing home at Onslow Parade, Belfast
TSA were appointed by Burnview Group to bring forward a proposal for a new 50 bedroom state of the art care facility on vacant lands at Onslow Parade, Belfast. A voluntary door to door consultation exercise was carried out to inform local residents of the proposal. Detailed issues such as contamination, drainage and respecting the neighbouring residential amenity of existing properties were all addressed through the planning submission. Planning expected late 2016.
