Cara Developments instructed TSA to bring forward a proposal for a new local neighbourhood centre within Culmore village. The proposal was anchored by a new Spar with a series of local retail service units adjacent, and a proposed dentist at first floor level. Despite significant opposition, planning was secured in a timely manner.
