Upon purchasing the asset, Clear Group instructed TSA to bring forward an application to reinvigorate a retail park with a high vacancy rate. Planning permission was sought and secured for a restaurant pod within the car park and change of use of a number of the vacant units into day care, dentist and restaurant uses. Planning permission secured in a timely manner.
