Co-Op instructed TSA to prepare a detailed application for a major new Co-Op superstore within Larne town centre at a time when there were two competing out of town schemes, one for Tesco and a second speculative proposal from a local developer. Planning application and all supporting reports were prepared and planning secured in a timely manner.
