Conway Group instructed TSA to explore the potential for securing planning on a site which lay outside, albeit straddled, the settlement development limit at Bush Road, Antrim. TSA were involved in a detailed series of pre-application discussions, individual meetings with elected members and meetings with the Heath Trust. A comprehensive outline planning application was lodged and TSA set out the requirement for the facility to be located outside of the settlement development limit, albeit in close proximity to Antrim Area Hospital and the crossover and synergy that this would create. Outline planning was secured followed by a detailed application. Phase I of the scheme has been delivered.
