Damien Broderick
Associate Director

In 2001, after completing the Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses in Environmental and Town and Country Planning, Damien began his professional planning career in the DOE Planning Service. During his time there Damien spent many years working in Development Control in the Belfast Office, but also gained experience in Planning HQ. As a Higher Planning Officer (and 2 periods as Acting Senior Planner) Damien was tasked with dealing with large scale housing and commercial developments building up a strong knowledge and wealth of experience that he was able to transfer to the private sector.

Upon leaving DOE Planning in 2007, Damien worked as a Planner within a large Belfast-based architects firm before joining Tom Stokes at TSA in the Summer of 2008. Since joining TSA as a Senior Planner, Damien has been an integral part of the firm and is now an Associate. Damien brings with him a wealth of experience  and particularly enjoys the close-knit working environment that exists within the office and strong friendships that have been made with the rest of the team.

Outside of work, Damien is enthusiastic about Soccer (watching that is…. definitely not playing!!) and going on camping holidays with his family.
