Retail Study
In conjunction with Inaltus, TSA competitively tendered and won a contract with the Department of the Environment to provide a detailed training programme on retail policy and retail impact assessments to all of its c.300 staff. Inaltus and TSA rolled this out across all divisional planning offices over a six month period.
