Fold Housing Association appointed TSA as part of a multi-discipline team to bring forward a mixed use proposal for the redevelopment of the former Ford Visteon Factory. Application involved co-ordinating a full design team of consultants, ongoing community consultation, addressing a significant level of local objection and detailed negotiations with council officials. Despite significant local opposition, planning was ultimately secured following a pre-determination hearing under the new planning regime.
