TSA were the lead consultant working in conjunction with JNP Architects to bring forward a social housing scheme on lands at Rathgill, Bangor for 97 no dwellings. TSA prepared a Supporting Planning/PPS 8 Exception Statement (SPS) in support of the proposed social/affordable housing scheme. Community Consultation carried out and planning secured within 6 months.
