Village Urban Renewal
TSA were instructed by FOLD Housing Association to bring forward a Masterplan and series of applications as part of the regeneration of The Village area of South Belfast. The area was declared an urban renewal area (URA), which allowed for all unfit housing within same to be either demolished and replaced (Redevelopment Area - RDA) or retained and improved (Improvement Area - IA). The social housing scheme delivered a quality and sustainable residential development.
