The closure and relocation of the former Bangor Grammar school to new premises unlocked an opportunity to redevelop the original site. Along with a multi-disciplinary team of consultants TSA co-ordinated an application for 43 no dwellings plus the conversion of the original historic old school house to apartments. Planning secured and construction is ongoing.
