In conjunction with MI Architects, TSA worked with the design team to co-ordinate, submit and manage a planning application for new scheme along a large portion of Portstewart promenade for groundfloor café/retail with 33 apartments above. Negotiations with planning service and NIEA were central to the application given the highly prominent location and proximity to the listed town hall and churches to the back. Planning secured and demolition commenced.
