Proposed Boots store, Crescent Link Retail Park, Derry

Genova North West have retained TSA to advise on a number of applications within the Crescent Link Retail Park, Derry (largest retail park in NI). A number of proposals have been secured to vary planning conditions and deliver change of use and secure complementary facilities such as restaurants and coffee pods. Planning permission was secured for a new flagship Boots store following detailed negotiations with the local authority. Boots is now open and trading at this location.
