In conjunction with Alan Patterson Design, TSA were instructed to co-ordinate, submit and manage a planning application for a scheme of 220 dwellings including detached, semi-detached and townhouses. Detailed liaison with TNI required to agree an appropriate road solution. Planning secured and development ongoing.
