Kelvin Properties instructed TSA to secure a high quality, dual pod for Frankie and Bennys and Costa Coffee within the existing retail park. The siting of the pod was carefully considered to maximize pedestrian footfall between each side of the retail park. Planning was secured in a timely manner.
