Killultagh Estates instructed TSA to secure an additional floor on top of the existing Alfred House building. Given the building’s sensitive location, opposite the listed St Malachy’s Church and within the Linenhall Conservation Area, detailed discussions with NIEA, Historic Buildings and the conservation officer were required and through a series of design amendments an appropriate design solution was agreed and planning secured.
