Proposed mixed use development to include conversion of former listed shoe factory into Lotus Group’s new HQ and the development of all residual lands for housing. TSA have been involved in a series of phased applications at all stages of this ongoing process. Development awarded ‘Residential Scheme of the Year 2015’. Development due for completion in 2016.
