Following the development of a state of the art nursing home, TSA were instructed by Lotus Group to bring forward an application for 14 retirement dwellings on adjacent lands within the countryside. Detailed supporting statement submitted alongside the planning application to demonstrate the site specific benefits given the close proximity to the nursing home. Planning secured.
