Proposed redevelopment of Northside District Centre, Derry
Being built in the 70’s, Northside is a dated designated district centre on the cityside of Derry. TSA were instructed by Northside Developments to prepare a comprehensive planning application for its redevelopment. The application included traffic impact assessments, retail impact assessments and a series of environmental reports. Planning was secured within 8 months.
