Patton Development LLP instructed TSA to work with a multi-discipline team to bring forward a detailed application for a 12 storey building to comprise 475 purpose build student accommodation units. TSA prepared a detailed design and access statement and supporting planning statement to demonstrate the proposal’s compliance with current policy and guidance. Planning secured.
