TSA were instructed to manage an application for the change of use of the top floor of a former old warehouse building into a rooftop bar, including the removal of a section of the roof to create an open air bar. Detailed discussions were required with the conservation officer to allay any fears around the potential impact on the conservation area from key vantage points.
