TSA were retained by Premier Inn to deliver the roll out of a number of their new hotels across Northern Ireland. This ranged from city centre formats to edge of town with a Brewers Fayre format. Planning advice was given and applications secured for locations at Four Corners, Waring Street, Belfast; Lisburn (first hotel within Lisburn City); Derry; and Saintfield Road, Belfast.
