Working with Robinson McIlwaine Architects, TSA prepared a design and access statement and submitted a detailed application for 3 additional floors on an existing office building within Linenhall Conservation Area, Belfast City Centre. Early pre-application discussions with Belfast City Council’s conservation officer have assisted in a smooth planning process.
