Proposed new liquor license
Spar, Ballyhalbert
TSA were instructed to prepare a vicinity report and needs assessment to allow for the relocation of an existing liquor license from Saintfield to the Spar within Ballyhalbert. TSA attended court to give evidence and the relocation of the license was secured.
