Proposed Whiskey Distillery
Crumlin Road Gaol, Belfast
Working with Like Architects and a series of technical consultants, TSA co-ordinated, submitted and managed a full application and listed building consent to convert a wing of the former Crumlin Road Gaol into a boutique whiskey distillery. Given the extremely sensitive nature of the listed structure, detailed negotiations were undertaken within NIEA. Planning permission was secured in a timely manner.
