TSA are currently instructed to review and vary a number of planning conditions in relation to the trigger points to provide road upgrades. In addition, TSA are currently co-ordinating a large multi-disciplinary team of ecologists, archeologists, traffic consultants, architect and other environmental specialists to prepare a major application for a scheme of 350 new homes comprising detached, semi-detached, townhouses and apartments. 12 week community consultation process complete and application submitted June 2016.
