In conjunction with Alan Bennett Architects, TSA secured planning for a scheme of c.24 new family detached and semi-detached homes. Given the site’s former use as a NI Water depot, detailed consultation was required with NIEA and EHO. Planning secured and development commenced on site early 2016.
