TSA were instructed on behalf of Lagan Construction Group Ltd to seek full planning permission for an extension to their existing office headquarters at Rosemount House, 21-23 Sydenham Road, Belfast. As part of a recent business merger, H&J Martin Ltd has joined the Lagan Construction Group Holdings of companies. However, given the Group’s continued growth and recent merger with H&J Martin, the organisation requires further suitable office accommodation as their business continues to grow from strength to strength. This proposal is brought forward to accommodate the relocation of circa 250 employees to form a single HQ office. The proposal represents an investment of £6.5m. TSA co-ordinated a full design team and prepared the design and access statement. Planning secured September 2016.
