Proposed reinstatement of liquor license, Crumlin Road, Ardoyne
Following the granting of planning permission to redevelop the former Sportsman Bar and adjacent premises, an application was submitted for reinstatement of the original liquor license. TSA were instructed by the acting solicitor and senior council to prepare a vicinity report and assessment of need. TSA gave evidence at the licensing hearing on the definition of the vinicity. License secured.
