Planning permission granted for 5 new large detached family homes within Holywood Conservation Area despite significant objection from local residents and Holywood Conservation Group. TSA worked closely with local authority officials and consulted regularly with senior counsel to ensure a robust planning submission and appropriate rebuttals to all objections. TSA attended planning committee on all three occasions with permission granted early 2016.
