Following the completion of the new Cherrymount Link Road, TSA were instructed by Ulster Farmers Mart to secure an outline masterplan for residential housing to maximize the value of their significant landholding in the area. Application submitted, including supporting ecology, archeology, drainage, traffic impact assessment and concept statement. Approval negotiated within 12 months.
