Proposed new mixed use masterplan for the existing Factory Outlet Centre, Banbridge

West Register instructed TSA to bring forward a proposal to rationalize the existing factory outlet floorspace within The Outlet and to deliver a new 8 screen cinema, indoor childrens play area, a number of food and beverage units and a new garden centre. Early pre-application discussions and consultations with the local council assisted in a timely planning consent despite opposition from a local cinema operator.
