Project: All full and listed building consents to facilitate the renovation and refurbishment of Glenmakieran House and Estate, reinstatement of garden areas and erection of new garden features and outbuildings. Proposal also included extension and refurbishment of Gatelodge with the creation of a private courtyard, the closure of the existing sub standard access and provision of new access onto A2 Bangor Road
